Shipping Policy

FUFILLMENT

Since we are a small, family owned business, orders are fulfilled Wednesdays - Fridays from San Diego, CA. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or Fedex unless otherwise noted.

SALES & PROMOTIONS

​

​

All sale and discounted items are valid while supplies last.  Discount applied at checkout. Not valid on wholesale accounts. Sale price cannot be combined with an additional promotion code. No substitutions or rain checks. Sales do not apply on previous purchases.

RETURN POLICY

​

Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. If you have a question or concern with any damage or defect, please feel free to contact us immediately.​​​​

 

 

LOST ORDERS

​

If a product is lost in transit due to an address error, theft or negligence, we are not able to issue a refund; it is the purchaser's responsibility to request compensation from the shipping carrier. This applies to orders being shipped to a home, business, or third party.

INCORRECT DELIVERY/ADDRESS:

Please verify the information on the delivery address is correct. If the order is returned to sender (us) as a result of an error by the customer, an additional shipping charge will be required to re-ship the order. Unless otherwise noted, all orders returned to Mikolich Honey will be cancelled and refunded minus the cost of shipping.

REFUNDS

​

Damage, discrepancy, or errors must be reported via email within 48 hours of verified receipt (based on the carriers tracking information of the delivery of your order).
