Bee pollen is a powerful superfood that is known to have numerous benefits for our health. At Mikolich Honey, we take pride in offering the highest quality bee pollen, which is carefully collected by bees during their foraging process. Bee pollen is packed with vitamins and minerals that support immune function, and provides a natural energy boost. For optimal preservation, we recommend storing it in the refrigerator or freezer to preserve its shelf life.

Foraged from flowers by honeybees, bee pollen is gathered for the nest of the hive as a food source for young bees. It is considered one of nature's most nourishing foods, as it contains nearly all nutrients required by humans. Bee gathered pollens are rich in protein, free forming amino acids and vitamins and minerals, including the B-complex spectrum and folic acid.

Bee pollen contains many elements that products of animal origin do not possess. Bee pollen contains more amino acids than beef, eggs, or cheese by equal weight.

About half of its protein is in the form of free amino acids that are ready to be used directly by the body.
